I recently had an account breached, and so did a security sweep of all the most important accounts, and realized that there are extremely sparce options in regards to managing account security (password, security questions, ect.) and absolutely no options for two factor authentication of any sort. This would be a great addition in my opinion as an option for clients to opt into.

Multi factor verification option via sms or email with code and/or security question to punch in when signing in to account. Also sign in partner option would do good as well.

Texting a code to log in for safety

I was the victim of a SIM swap fraud and as a result many of my accounts were compromised. Having a code sent as a text as a means of 2FA to access my accounts and reset my passwords obviously only helped the fraudster(s) in this case. Those accounts that were safe were those that were linked to an authenticator app on my physical device. This should really be the minimum standard going forward for all financial institutions but it’s not even an option with KOHO. I urge you to consider this.

Someone keeps trying to access my account. I get a link to my email but having two factor would help a lot.

How is it possible not to offer two factor authentication? You’re really putting your customers at risk!

Have to put a code from cellphone to log in + password

This is a must now a days!
